- Over 3 years of experience toys manufacturing or closely related field.

- Internet savvy and ability to conduct on-line research into industry and companies.

- Excel and access database experience.

- Strong network of professionals in industry to leverage sourcing skills.

- Strong knowledge of commodity, labor currency, fluctuation in the global market.

- Global experience in negotiation, sourcing, contracts.

- Able to execute strategic procurement directions.

- Strong negotiation with proven results.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge in global supply chain
