Who We Are
Mohawk Group is a brand incubator, using the power of artificial intelligence to bring the best consumer products to market on e-commerce platforms.
 
As a member of an extremely creative, talented and motivated team, you’ll work closely with the logistics and production team in Shenzhen for shipments from China to numerous overseas markets by sea and air. You will work with and report to the logistics manager and maintain records across multiple systems.
 
 
What You’ll be Doing:
 
-Assisting in the arrangement and monitoring of daily container shipments from factories to overseas markets
-Tracking and updating shipments in ERP systems
-Communicating and relaying information to the logisitcs manager
-Checking paperwork and documentation accordingly
-Organising documents and maintaining clean and accurate records
 
Qualifications:
 
-3 - 5 years experience in the logistics industry
-Advanced English, especially oral
-Meticulous attention to detail and never-fail attitude
-Highly organized and communicative
-Structured and reliable in following daily tasks and assignments
-Experience in an ERP system such as Acumatica or Oracle
-Must have worked in a logistics company or MNC in logistics function
- High-level written English, spoken can be basic but ideally would be enough to use with US team as well
