职位描述：
1.在Amazon平台及时回复客户邮件,提供售前、售中、售后的所有客户问题；
2.处理客户投诉及中差评，对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理；
3.了解产品信息，解答客户提出的有关产品的使用问题
;4.协助上级管理店铺， 确保店铺性质控制在一定的范围之内。
5.对客户的订单进行跟进，确保客户能在承诺的时间收到货物


任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历优先，熟悉常用办公软件；
2. 英语六级以上，有1年外贸相关工作经验可放宽至四级；
2. 耐心细致，责任心强，工作积极主动，有良好的服务意识和抗压能力；
3. 掌握客户服务基本技巧，能灵活解答客户的问题。
