Regional Marketing Manager
Member of the team responsible for growing the MPU and MCU32 business in Asia.
? Train and drive the direct and indirect sales forces to register opportunities and convert them to design wins
? Develop market share in target segments and customers within his geography
? Assist product marketing in identifying future customer requirements, early customers for new products and the launch
? of new products into the market
? Track the progress vs objectives, represents the product line in regional business reviews and generate high standard
? reports for the management team
? Provide regular forecast updates of the major revenue contributors in your geography
? Cooperate with regional marketing from other Microchip divisions, regional design centers and partners to promote
? system solutions including hardware, software and services
? Advising senior management on specialized technical or business issues.
? Networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise
Job Requirements
? Experience in MCU and/or MPU sales, marketing and/or business development
? Technical background in 32-bit MCU or MPUs and related development tools and software (eg Linux, RTOS)
? Effective communication skills over across-cultural boundaries
? Fluent in English (read, written and spoken)
? Familiar with foreign markets, business environments and cultures
