Job Description

• To lead the Operation/Customer Service team in Shenzhen Airfreight Department through day to day management via direct reports.
• To ensure team provide high standard service at all times.
• To ensure team comply the rules, standards, regulation of the company.
• To ensure the data quality.

Your tasks and responsibilities

To ensure that the following is carried out across all leadership levels within Customer service team:

• Monitoring of key performance indicators and/or related reporting requirements.
• All Performance and potential review processes are completed on time and with high quality.
• To ensure that disciplinary and poor performance issues are dealt with quickly and correctly.
• To ensure team resources are employed in an efficient and effective manner at all times.
• To ensure that all forwarding tasks are completed and customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times.
• To take the lead to improve customer service level constantly and keep customers.
• To provide training and coaching and assistance to team members whenever needed.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree, majored in International Trade and Supply Chain, or related.
• At least 5 years working experience in Air Logistics, with 2 years people management experience.
• Good Communication skills.
• Skillful in people management.
• Good sense of Customer- Oriented.
• Multiple task taker.
• Good command of English.
