职位描述：
Responsibilities:

50% Business Analyst
? Develop product cost / pricing model and perform economic/financial analysis on projects and new initiatives to support the development of sourcing strategy
? Collect cost data and measure variance of change on product costing.
? Work with finance team to monitor finance performance of key suppliers. Monitor and measure variances of key financial metrics.
? Support manager to prepare annual budget; track and monitor department operation cost versus budget; measure variances of actual spending/billing versus PO/YEE on monthly basis; track and monitor department capital expenditure; Coordinate annual fixed assets physical counting
? Work with finance team to generate various business/finance reports upon request, e.g. department cost monthly forecast, supplier inventory report, China economic status analysis report, etc.

50% Material Planner
? Responsible for material supply planning for China GCS activities
? Work with Global material planner, master scheduler and OSCM on global production plan and demand forecast
? Work with suppliers on production planning, inventory management, shipping scheduling, purchase order coordination
? Manage and monitor the supply performance of suppliers on production-to- plan and on-time delivery for better and reliable supply
? Co-ordinate supply/sourcing plan with Global supply/sourcing team

Qualification:
? BA with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Major in Finance is preferred.
? Good finance and costing knowledge.
? Good hands on computer skills with knowledge in data management applications.
? Excellent organizational and record keeping skill, along with strong communication interpersonal skills
? Good command of English and Mandarin.
? Strong problem solving skill, be self-motivated and with team-work spirit.
? Knowledge of SAP3 an added advantage. 举报 分享
