Job Descriptions

• To create and maintain training plans for all Seafreight staff as well as external stakeholders.
• To prepare the training material in order to have local customization utilizing the most suitable solution.
• To ensure that all new and current staff receive all required system and general business related training as per corporate and regional guidelines.
• To provide training to external stakeholders. (Online booking training for shippers etc.)
• To support the root cause analysis of system and / process control failures in order to provide appropriate and timely solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities

System Training

• To provide new user training on operational systems as per corporate and regional guidelines and documentation. This will include administering CBTs as well as delivering live training.
• To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company Training Management Tool.
• To ensure training is evaluated as per corporate and regional requirements.

Business Field Training

• To provide business field related training to new and current employees based on business needs. This will include administering computer based training as well as delivering live training.
• To develop training material where none exists and translate into local languages as required.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor degree, majored in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related.
• 5 years above experience in similar position in Sea Logistics, including 2 years direct people management and project management experience.With experience in technical training and international experience will be preferred.
• Sound Training and Presentation Skills with ability to develop technical training material.
• Good IT /Systems Knowledge to know and master Seafreight Operational Processes is preferred.
• Process Improver with ability to identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiencies and business impact.
• Experience in people management.
