职位描述：
SUMMARY OF POSITION - This position is responsible for creating and maintaining BOM, label artwork, customize artworks, writing assembly, packaging and test procedures under the direction of design engineers and program managers, and controlling the ECO process in order to ensure all NPD and sustaining documentation processes are followed. Simplify the engineering system process, training related team. Work with engineers and contract manufactories to solve production problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Create and maintain items & BOM (Bill of Materials) for products.
? Create and design Silkscreen, Pad Print drawing, Label artworks for products.
? Execute all kinds of ECO to ensure proper implementation through engineering team.
? Work with design engineers and Contract Manufactures to find out the root cause of the ECO change.
? Analysis the change reasons and customer feedback to draw out suggestion for improvement.
? Create and update product assembly/ packing / test procedures based on production requirement.
? Create and simplify engineering system process based on best practice.
? Provide the training of Oracle system and Engineering process to Engineers, Contract manufactures and other teams in RSC.
? Support program manager to speed up the NPD and sustaining projects move on quickly.
? Co-work with quality and supplier chain team, contract manufactories to get the ECO implemented as needed.
? Support documentation team strategy.
? Other duties as assigned by manager.

SPECIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree, Major in Engineering is required.
? Major in Mechanical or Electrical are preferred.
? 1~5 years’ work experience are required.
? Experience working with Oracle based systems, Adobe Illustrator,
? Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
? Excellent analytical, summary and PPT skills;
? Good problem solving, presentation and training skills;
? Familiar with Solidwork or PADS, OneNote, MindMap tool is a plus;
? Is self-starting, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
? Has ability to multi-task, and priority ordering.
? Team-work player.
? Travel to contract manufacturers as required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Accountable for creating Item, BOM, ECO; Silkscreen, Pad Print, Label, Artwork and procedures of ASM, PKG, TEST to assist the Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Management teams in having a successful release to production.
? Complete all project documentation according to the project release timeline.
? Complete all engineering change orders on time to prevent delays in production.
? Responsible for continuing to improve as an associate of RSC.

RELATIONSHIPS
? Reports directly to the Documentation Manager.
? Reports indirectly to Engineering Manager.
? Maintains an effective working relationship with other employees within engineering team.
? Maintains an effective working relationship with other departments and team members within the Radio Systems Corporation.
