Job Responsibilities:

? To continuously improve the skills and knowledge of the digital artwork team, and lead the team to fulfil department goals.
? To plan, track & control daily production, and maintain overtime rate and cost with budget.
? To ensure the good working practices of the digital artwork team and ensure workstations are fit for purpose, tidy and well maintained.
? To ensure the digital artwork team correctly use the file structure, server space and naming conventions.
? Organise training of new staff.
? Trouble-shoot on technical and specification problems and liaise with IT

Job Requirements:

? Degree level or above
? 5 years experience in relative industry or supervisory roles.
? Keen design awareness and good eye for detail.
? Knowledge of Mac software is essential.
? Adobe Illustrator 8.0/ 9.0/ 10.0/CS/CS2
? Adobe Photoshop 5.0/ 5.5/ 6.0/ 7.0/CS/CS2
? Ability to persuade and influence.
? Good leadership skills to manage an effective production team.
? Good organizational skills.
? Artistic ability for design and layout.
? Creativity, imagination and versatility when supervising creative artwork.
? Ability to enforce agreed set practices and processes.
? Understanding of the limitations and capabilities of digital media.
? Willingness and ability to continually update skills by learning new tools and techniques.
? Accurate, reliable and flexible.
? Team player.
? Ability to motivate others, self-motivated and able to show initiative.
? Company motivated.
