Job description/岗位职责:
1. Production planning/生产计划的制定
1.1 Make and adjust the production plan according to the delivery date and material condition/根据交期和材料状况制定并调整生产计划。
1.2 Update production planning on the basis of real time situation/根据实际状况跟新生产计划。
2. Project follow up/项目跟进
2.1 Follow-up project, make sure all required source in place on time/跟踪项目，确保所各项资源即时到位。
2.2 Feedback production issue immediately及时反馈生产过程中遇到的问题。
3. Material control during product manufacture/制造过程中的物料控制
3.1 Control and follow up materials including standard parts/管控和跟踪物料，包括自制的标准件。
4. Production reporting/生产报表
4.1 Production report/生产部各种报表。
4.2 Improve and develop the site visual management, including updating reports on the white board, material labelling and so on. /改进现场的可视化管理，包括白板上面的报表更新，物料标识等等。
4.3 Other documentation work/其他文件类工作。
5. Other tasks from superior leaders主管安排的其他工作。
Requirement/职位要求:
1. College or University graduate, engineering and science background, Mechanical or electric is preferred/ 大专及以上学历，理工科背景，机械，电子为佳。
2. Have at least 3 years solid production planning experiences, or project follow up experience/ 3年以上生产计划或项目跟进经验。
3. Be able to read basic English document and working email, good oral English is plus/ 能看懂英文资料及日常邮件，会口语优先。
4. Have experience in operating ERP system/ 有操作ERP系统经验优先。
5. Positive attitude, be able to finish job with limited supervising/ 工作态度积极主动。
6. Can work under high pressure/ 能在高压下工作。
