职位描述：
Objective:
-responsible for Exterior supplier development & management
-responsible for Exterior commodity sourcing;
-support Exterior Engineering design and development,
-support daily Production & Supply Chain operation

Core Accountabilities:
-Mainly responsible for project based purchasing activities
-Responsible for development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned commodities;
-Develop a robust supply base, establish and maintain long terms relationships with those strategic suppliers;
-Work with cross function team in vehicle development process, lead and coordinate purchasing related topics
-Support multiple business units as the window person to develop supplier negotiation strategy and track project progress
-Work with the supply base to achieve year over year cost reduction and productivity improvement

Work Experience:
-Prefer 5+ year automotive sourcing working experience, self-driven personality
-Exterior products experience is preferred, especially for color related parts
-Advanced project management experience is a plus
-Very good communication skill, top down thinking, able to handle both co-design and MTP partners
-A good problem solver, can proactively provide comprehensive solution
-Good analytical skill, able to predict potential risks from massive data/schedule
-Team player

Education Requirements:
