职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
    1.Quality assurance and process implementation
    2. Team management/ build up
    3. Supplier quality improvement
    4. Quality/testing standard set up
    5. Client claim investigation and improvement plan
    6. Social compliance audit and training to the team and suppliers
Qualifications:
   1. Colleague or university graduate
   2. 8-10 years of experience on QA and social compliance, among which 3 years in managerial position with trading and buying office
   3. Good knowledge of f quality system, inspection and product testing/safety standard
   4. Good knowledge of social compliance standard
   5. Strong communication and leadership skills
  6. Ability to work independently and proactively
