职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助BD分析客户的职位需求及相关实施可行性；
2、根据客户的要求，选择相应的渠道高效而快捷完成相应目标；
3、推动团队有效找寻合适候选人，并通过甄选、面试满足候选人与招募职位相匹要求；
4、为客户和候选人提供跟踪服务；
5、在招聘领域为客户提供专业性的意见，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导；
6、撰写推荐报告，确定职位推荐、面试计划，传达企业和求职者的信息，完成招聘工作；
7、总监交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科（全日制）以上学历，两年以上的团队管理经验；
2、五年以上猎头、人力资源招聘等领域的经验，有销售或服务优先；
3、良好的沟通能力和客户服务技巧，书面、口头表达能力优秀；
4、良好的逻辑思考、分析和判断能力；
5、较强的项目管理能力，具有抗压能力、以结果为导向，能同时有效地推动多项项目；
6、有良好的职业操守，优秀的团队管理与合作精神；
7、能在工作领域中熟练运用英语者优先。 举报 分享
