Job description
- Calculate and analyze costs
- follow costing budget in time
- Identify improvement points and continuously improve processes
- Communicate / discuss with other plant colleagues and management team
- Supervise and coach the team members
Job requirements
- Accounting related education background
- 5 years and above working experience in a foreign or Hong Kong invested manufacturing company
- 3 years and above costing management experience
- Familiar with ERP system, Oracle is preferred; Excellent PC skills especially in Excel.
- Team leading and coaching experience
- Candidates with CICPA will be given preference
- Strong initiative, logic thinking, good communication and team work.
- Good in both written and spoken English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and cost saving and strong ability of learning.
