工作职责
AAC Shenzhen Camera team is looking for a senior engineer to lead our camera module and sensor integration activities. You have several years of camera manufacturing experience and know Lean and Six Sigma methods well. You will be responsible for setting up our camera module assembly line and optimizing it for good yield rate and cycle time. You know how to eliminate dust, integrate and calibrate AF and OIS actuators, test and calibrate the modules. You will also provide a strong contribution to the module optomechanical design, ensuring that the design is manufacturable.

Requirements:
? Several years of miniature camera mass production experience, including
? Camera module assembly line design
? AF and OIS integration
? Wafer level camera integration
? Active alignment
? Module testing and calibration
? Contamination control
? Yield rate and cycle time improvement techniques
? Problem solving
? Familiar with Lean and Six Sigma techniques
? CAD and camera module optomechanical design experience
? University degree in Engineering
? Languages Mandarin and English
