Job Responsibilities
？ Collaborate with local CEM to support customers, assist and support customer designs via proposals, designs review and config tuning.
？ On-site support for troubleshooting of technical issues, help customer to fix issues after the custom touch modules are integrated into the customer device.
？ Provide technical support to touch module maker and OEM’s production line for issue tracking.
？ Provide technical training to internal CEM/ESE team and customers on touch specific area.
Desired Qualifications
？ BSEE with 5+ years embedded system design experience or equivalent
？ Prior experience with C code for 8/16 bit microcontrollers is required.
？ Understanding of schematics/PCB layout, have EMC/EMI knowledge.
？ Familiar with analog and digital systems, strong system debug experience is a plus.
？ Capacitive Touch/Touch Bottom/Touch slide design/support experience is preferred. Knowledge of Linux kernel driver is a plus.
？ Proactive attitude to work and ability to take multiple tasks in parallel.
？ Strong customer communication skills. Good command of interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English
