职位描述：
Advice and Counsel on Dispute/Litigation, I***estigation/Compliance Matters in Asia region
? Provide advice and counsel on code of conduct and regulatory compliance matters
? Provide advice and counsel on dispute and litigation matters
? Maintain expertise in regulatory compliance matters, with an emphasis on optimal compliance program management to mitigate risk, internal i***estigations and global anticorruption laws, and incorporate the information into the company’s compliance program

Management of implementation of global corporate compliance program and global litigation and disputes practice in Asia region

? Draft policies and procedures
? Provide training and communication program
? Oversight of corporate compliance programs covering 13 regulatory compliance areas such as Anticorruption, Antitrust, Global Trade, Fi***ce/Sox, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Global Loss and Prevention, E***ironmental Compliance, etc.
? Assist in and conduct internal i***estigations of dispute/litigation and compliance matters
? Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting regarding dispute/litigation and compliance matters and program implementation
? Oversee management of Flex’s anonymous reporting hotline
? Recommend selection criteria for and oversee outside counsel on litigation, deal and compliance related matters
? Apprise company executives of legal and risk management issues propose appropriate strategies
? Solicit input from other attorneys within the corporation
? Develop strategies and ensure adequate implementation to respond to audits, subpoenas, litigation and ethics i***estigations
? Manage internal client relationships and assist in the resolution of competing interests

REQUIREMENTS:

? Law degree and Bar certification from a reputable Chinese law school are required. Foreign qualifications are a plus.
? 8- I0 years post qualification experience.
? A combination of work experience in a both major law firm and a large multinational legal department is preferred.
? Experience with anticorruption laws is required.
? Must have the ability to interact with business clients at various levels of management.
? Expertise in area of litigation and compliance required.
? Must be self-motivated, team player with proven ability to identify legal issues, manage priorities in a fast-paced e***ironment.
? Must be fluent in Chinese language.
? English language proficiency written and spoken is required
? Must be willing to travel.

The position is preferably located in Hong Kong, but other China jurisdictions may also be considered.
The position will report to the SVP and Deputy General Counsel, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at HQ in the US, with dotted line to Asia GC. 举报 分享
