职位描述：
Accountabilities
? Assistant in account management and lead on project of each account.
? Provide pre-sales support and assist sales team in technical press and pre-press issues
? Handle fingerprinting of printing presses to get desired results given the specific set of conditions
? Responsible for press colour management and calibrate printed samples to supplied proofs
? Approve print jobs on the press
? Solve problems and provide technical evaluation of print and/or pre-press issues
? Attend customer press runs and write reports for submission to customer
? Audit printer capabilities
? Assist in the set up of print quality programs for customers
? Assist in conducting internal and external technical training
? Assist in keeping abreast of new technology developments to ensure Schawk maintains technological leadership in its industry

Academic & Professional
? Degree / Diploma in Printing / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
? Work experience in pre-press, printing or both

Job Requirements

? Understand the Offset, Flexo, Gravure print processes
? Understand the process from design to print, including technical aspects such as color management, film and platemaking
