职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Coordinate with various country requester to collect needed information for IDDE invoice data entry.
2.Act as a single point of contact for customer and country team for invoice data manual entry, invoice freeze, invoice accept, invoice credit and debit, etc.
3.Check daily report to collect unaccepted invoice and coordinate with country team to investigate root cause and resolve it in timely manner.
4.Maintain all related information into tracking system for status tracking and testing needed.
5.Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and ensure that set objectives are delivered.

Requirements:
1.University degree, specialization in Logistic or Supply Chain.
2.One years experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
3.Fluent in business level communication in both verbal and written English and Mandarin,other country local language is a plus.
4.Good understanding of the principles of supply chain management.
5.Good written and verbal communication.
6.Motivated and organised with the capacity to work to time pressure and tight deadlines.
7.Good negotiation skills and customer oriented.
8.Good analytical and problem solving skills with strong computer skills.
9.Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve work outside normal business hours and at weekends. 举报 分享
