岗位职责：
1、识别客户复杂需求，设计人才测评解决方案；
2、运营管理大、中型测评或者咨询类项目，负责项目的交付实施；
3、定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训；
4、指导和培养测评顾问，提高测评顾问的水平；
5、与客户建立良好的信任关系，赢得业务机会。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2、5年以上测评行业的相关工作经验；
3、较强的逻辑思维和沟通表达能力，能够快速学习；
4、较强的客户服务意识，善于把握引导客户需求；
