Job Description:

Essential Function 1:Employer Branding implementation
1. Plan and the implementation of the employer branding framework on Campus recruit program that is in alignment with the Business strategy
2. Ensure that Campus recruitment activites and plan are executed
3. Deploy the screening process, group interview with BU line managers in selection of best candidates
4. Manage different interfaces with new hires, lcoal HR, Communication ( program materials) and vendors
5. Manage the logistic, travel and venue coordination of events

Essential Function 2:Recuritment and Selection
1.Support the employer branding in general recruitment policies and principles in the region
2.Streamline the selection process (sourcing, job offering to pre-boarding) and drive interview quality
3.Redefine sourcing channels and fine tune the sourcing process and feasibility of the hiring plan
4.Conduct market study and keep current on the Talent changes in the chemcial industry
5.Develop report and tracking of recruitment progress

Essential Function 3:Learning and Development
1.Conduct TNA and address needs and cost effective programs
2.Source quality program(s) address behavior change and "way to work" practices
3.Implementation of Global D&T programs and initiatives
4.Manage MT program, internship timely follow up with the trainees, mentor, HR

Requirements:

1. Degree at the University level, Business, Human Resources, Social Science/
2. 4 year or more general recruitment and campus hiring experience (China and overseas), Project management skills are desirable. Multinational experienced,
3. Strong planning skills, have the ability to manage and prioritize heavy work and multitasks at times. Creative and desire to develop professionally in a growing and changing environmnet. Excel in mircroft application, fluent English in speaking and writing (policy writing is a plus)
