职位描述：
1、掌握公司运营标准，通过巡查方式追踪区域内门店的现场服务质量、清洁卫生、商品管理以及品牌媒介等运营标准执行情况；
2、通过门店现场巡查以及问题上报等其他业务为渠道，收集门店在运营管理过程中的问题，指导运营门店找出问题的原因，善于发现问题，解决问题，协助制定解决方案；
3、根据门店运营工作流程的执行情况，促使门店严格遵照执行，对需要改善和修正的工作流项目提出改善报告；
4、对运营门店需要相关部门协助的事项进行追踪，为实现工作目标，做到及时追踪及时反馈，掌握追踪事项的工作进展；
5、负责起草、公布运营有关文件，并完成各项文件的归档工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，对连锁店管理模式有系统的了解，有一定的管理实践经验；
2、了解连锁店工作，熟悉运营管理工作流程；有良好的沟通能力；
3、能熟练使用办公软件及相关软件操作。
