3.提升SEO和优化SEM的排名，包括核心关键词和长尾相关行业词；

4.领导网络部编辑组及客服组，优化内容结构。建立有效的内容生成机制，并使得内容和产品策略相匹配，客服组为用户提供更好服务体验；

5.深入了解孕期和母婴市场的竞争对手格局，从新型网络行销方面制定差别化竞争策略人员发展和管理 :

       A.根据网络行销的策略，制定包括市场费用在内的具体实施方案

B.优化平台的网络市场团队，包括新人才的招聘和现有团队的发展规划

C.制定各级员工的岗位描述，界定好其工作职责。

       D.制定有效的绩效考核机制和关键业绩指标（KPI），并定期考核团队业绩

 

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；五年以上在线营销工作经验；

2、在网络、自媒体、新媒体、广告投放等渠道的获客营销方面有丰富经验，充分打开线上营销途径，熟悉孕期市场；

3、对互联网新技术、新渠道、新热点有较强的敏感度；

4、熟悉网络营销各个环节；熟悉互联网媒体运营模式；熟悉网络语言；

5、具有较强的在线营销的创意策划和整合能力；
