职位描述：
工作职责
1. Negotiate terms, schedules, and deliverables with current partners;
2. Identify key social influencers for DJI marketing department;
3. Manage new partnerships from scouting to negotiation and output delivery;
4. Assess and select Celebrity marketing agencies for DJI promotion campaigns;
5. Update and develop partner performance tracking tools;
6. Assess, validate and vet marketing partnership opportunities received by the Content Partnership team;
7. Drive initiatives forward with a clear view of strategic objectives and deliverables to DJI;
8. Support ad hoc marketing projects (product campaign, website launch, co-branding projects, etc.).

任职资格
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Advertisement/Celebrity Marketing agency experience preferred;
4. Strong analytical skills, social media knowledge, high business acumen, and self-driven;
5. Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity;
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
7. Native English speaker or proficient in English, a second language preferred;
8. Technical knowledge about videography/photography, the camera industry, and drone technology a strong plus;
9. Basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere) a strong plus;
10. Academic or Professional experience in Asia a bonus. 举报 分享
