PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
· Serve as the technical resource for implementing solutions that require analysis of situations or data, and an in-depth knowledge of the solution.
· Prepare site assessments.
· Provide technical review of system configurations to ensure viability of system performance.
· Prepare as-built drawings to document work completed during a project or particular job.
· Provide remote and on-site technical support to installed customer base.
· Deliver customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented.
· Properly complete assigned project activities with responsibility for results within project work estimates and defined delivery methods ensuring all work is carried out in line with our general business principles.
· Work in conjunction with internal project managers, clinical application consultants, field service engineers, third-party entities, and customers.
· Attend site post go live in situations where Customer care cannot resolve a problem remotely.
· Travel Frequency出差频率: 25% - 50%
JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
· >3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry
· Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with customer
· Willing to take responsibility ( 勇于承担责任)
· Passion and Responsible for work (认真负责,热爱本职工作)
(The following abilities is plus)
· Demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications in:
Ø Virtualization (i.e. VMware)
Ø Databases(i.e. Microsoft SQL Server)
Ø Wireless Networking (i.e. Router)
Ø Physical servers (i.e. Rack server)
