职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Responsible for the definition and execution of the Chinese Market product portfolio
? Ensure the product portfolio supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
? Implementation of Chinese market and demand analysis
? Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
? Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
? Define the product vision; collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
? Specify market requirements for current and future products
? Independent development of requirements and specifications
? Merging of individual customer requirements to multipliable market image
? Definition and control of the development roadmap

任职资格:

? Knowledge of automation component demands in China machine manufacturer market (OEM) and factory automation market is advantageous
? Familiar with and have an in-depth knowledge of China market trend and customers’ requirements
? Business savvy and proven ability to support the sales and business development organization is necessary
? Very good understanding of the key drivers of Asian market growth
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / or equivalent. Open to consider Diploma holders with strong relevant experience
? Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge in sensor product, would be open to younger foreign candidates’ with minimum of 3 years of work experience in China.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels and different culture
? Self-start and independent individual with ability to make important decisions
? Effective team player through mutually supportive professional relationship
? Good oral and written English is a must
