职位描述：

• Ensure that all banking application systems (including various statutory reporting applications) run smoothly and efficiently daily.
• Explore /study on enhancement of systems from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations / guidelines.
• Meeting timeline for various reporting (include the ad-hoc,self-check reporting).
• Ensure the security monitoring systems are up and running at all times.
• Supervise the Change Management Control and monitoring the user of system to detect and act upon unauthorized accesses.
• Provide the first line support for the Branch new user requirement and desktop help.
• Other ad-hoc tasks from Branch Manager

Requirement:

• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology
• 3-4 years experience in system maintenance, experience in system roll-out is preferred
• Strong in problem solving and communication skills
• Performance driven and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and under pressure
