职位描述：
? Product Development Projects
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration;
? Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
? Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
? Monitor and support the project team to complete the project which meet business goals;
? Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
? Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion;
? Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
? Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path;
? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
? Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and suppliers, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;
? Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management;
? Engineering & Design
? Support and propose engineering design to overcome development / quality issues;
? Define and develop tools and rules on product developments;
? Evaluate and approve engineering design;



 

SPECIFIC OR OTHER DUTIES
? Organize and coordinate interdepartmental and supplier activities to ensure completion of the projects are on schedule within budget and quality requirements;
? Provide updated product development information in project report and weekly report;
? Organize cross-function meeting when need for project update / issues;
? Support engineers & suppliers to overcome engineering / quality issues;
? Support buying to evaluate supplier performance and give engineering advise;
? Support QA on quality issues and customer complaints and give engineering advise;
? Manage product proposal to become a function prototype with Artsana & factories;
? Manage function prototype to become ready for production with Artsana & factories;
? Support QA to on final inspection of Product specification, check List;
? Conduct initial, in-line and final inspections for 1st shipments together with Quality Control;
? Select, develop and evaluate personnel and supplier to ensure the efficient operation of the function;
? Monitor the team to update correct documents for the product developments;
? Regularly meet inter-department / Artsana / suppliers in order to understand the improvements need in term of product developments;
? Regularly review the development process and produce tools / rules in order to improve the process;
? Visiting exhibition to provide suggestion on product design & development; 举报 分享
