职位描述：
? Product Development Projects
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration;
? Develop project plans and associated communications documents;
? Coordinate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
? Manage to complete the project which meet business goals;
? Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion;
? Identify and manage project issues and provide solutions;
? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
? Engineering & Design
? Support and propose engineering design to overcome development / quality issues;
? Evaluate and approve engineering design;
? Organize and coordinate interdepartmental and supplier activities to ensure completion of the projects are on schedule within budget and quality requirements;
? Provide updated product development information in project report;
? Organize cross-function meeting when need for project update / issues;
? Manage / support suppliers to overcome engineering / quality issues;
? Support QA on quality issues and customer complaints and give engineering advise;
? Manage product proposal to become a function prototype with Artsana & factories;
? Manage function prototype to become ready for production with Artsana & factories;
? Support QA to on final inspection of Product specification, check List;
? Conduct initial, in-line and final inspections for 1st shipments together with Quality Control;
? Manage to update correct documents for the product developments;
? Visiting exhibition to provide suggestion on product design & development;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCED

? University degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering;
? 6+ years direct work experience in a project management / product development (prefer Juvenile products);
? Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project / Office;
? Technically familiar with CAD software programs, such as ProE / SolidWorks;
? Solid working knowledge of plastic injection / metal forming process;
? Demonstrated experience in personnel management;
? Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative e***ironment is essential;
? Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently;
? Flexible during times of change;
? Ability to read communication styles of team members and suppliers who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines;
? Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating;
? Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments;
? Ability to defuse tension among project team;
? Good written and oral communication skills;
? Good interpersonal skills;
? Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products;
? Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
? Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure e***ironment is crucial;
