职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage supplier participation and contribution in the mobile phone case product development
2) Propose and manage phone case supplier base in China and South East Asia
3) Follow up existing suppliers to ensure they fit the business needs. Report supplier performance, evaluate risks, prepare commercial agreements and coordinate meetings.
4) Whole responsibility over all commercial matters – key person towards suppliers – main contact within areas of Procurement, Design, Quality.
5) Follow up full project phases :
a) Pre Design: in coordination with R&D, analyze available suppliers on market; bring new technologies from suppliers to company.
b) From Design to High Volume : Prepare RFQ’s, participate in supplier selection, drive supplier actions, propose second sources options, suggest options to optimize design, cost, logistics.
c) High Volume : secure long term capacity, negotiate end of life settlement.
Job Requirements:
1） University graduated in Engineering and/or Business
2） At least 3 years experience in an international company
3） At least 3 years experience as buyer and/or project leader/manager
4） Excellent English and Mandarin.
5） Analysis, organization, planning
6） Good knowledge of mobile accessories and case industry (including manufacturing)
7） Experience in mobile phone protective accessories.
8） Good knowledge of packaging is highly appreciated
9） Ability to travel in Asia is mandatory.
