* Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products, which are the glasses with hi-tech printing concepts.
* Familiar with a variety of the international trade regulations and usual practices, and procedures.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Assesses client needs and recommends products or services.
* Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
* Typically reports to Overseas Sales Manager and GM of Shenzhen Branch of the Group.

* Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data.
* Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
* Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
* Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
* Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
* Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer.
* Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
* Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
* Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements

* Fluency with the English language
* Ability to think outside the box and be self-motivated
* A passion for and dealing with international clients and markets
* Confidence
* Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* graduated with at least bachelor's degree in related major.
* Also
* Communication is vital for anyone working in an international sales management position. Having English ss foreign language skills can open up doors in the field and may be required for some positions. As technology advances, computer skills are essential and are only going to become increasingly important. International sales managers need to have good judgment and an ability to develop a rapport with clients and other salespeople. Persons in international sales must be able to handle stress and have the flexibility to travel to different countries as needed.
