主要职责:
Primary Responsibilities:
与国内外客户紧密合作，进行新功能、集成、技术问题解决和互动操作测试
To work closely with multi-national customers on new functionality, integration, technical problem-solving and inter-operability testing
为国内外客户提供技术信息和应用支持
To provide technical information and applications support for our products to domestic/oversea customers
创建应用程序的说明、产品说明书、常见问题解答和支持性技术文件
To create application notes, datasheets, FAQ, and supporting documents
职位描述
Job Description:
协助销售团队展示产品和系统解决方案
Support sales team to present and demonstrate the products and system solutions
协助客户了解和改进流程和质量问题
Works with customer to understand and improve processes and quality issues
参与销售过程的各个阶段，包括需求分析，功能演示，基准，竞争定位，推行/执行，一般按照项目和工程服务分配
Be involved in various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services
开发表征和生产测试程序，收集数据，分析问题并提出解决方案
Develops characterization and production test programs; collect data, analyze problems and recommend solutions.
管理关键项目，并与销售团队一起从技术角度推动业务进展
Managing key projects and drive the business from technical standpoint together with sales team
基本要求：工作经验，技能和教育背景
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
本科或硕士学历，计算机工程或电子工程相关专业，有3年以上嵌入式系统，电子，或RFID等领域的现场应用工程师或研发部门的工作经验。
 Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field with over 3 years of Hands-on experience in embedded systems, electronics, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) industry preferably in Field Applications Engineering or R&D function.
较强的英语书面和口头沟通能力
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
良好的团队合作精神，人机关系和解决问题的能力
Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
以客户为导向，热情关注并推动客户问题的解决
Customer oriented and passion to focus and drive for closure on customer issues
能接受国内外短期出差
Willing to travel
