Manager- Regional BD and Solution Design Manager, Integrated Supply Chain Solutions
Asia Pacific Region, based in Shanghai.
Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain Solutions APAC, this role will be as follows:
Job Description:
? Support the Global Network through solution design and supply chain modelling for ISCS opportunities within Asia Pacific Region. To encompass:
? PO and Vendor Management services.
? Warehouse and CFS Consolidation modelling.
? Freight Management.
? Develop ISCS core value added solutions to maximise growth and meet ISCS agreed revenue targets with new and existing customer opportunities.
? Actively promote and develop best-in-class case studies to increase knowledge and awareness of ISCS capabilities within the region and globally.
? Deliver on Business Development targets to meet ISCS APAC Plan.
? Manage Customer Proposal and Presentations in response to corporate customer requirements and Quote for Tender.
? Lead customer meetings and internal overseas sales visits to present and demonstrate ISCS services and company capabilities within the region.
? Provide leadership and direction in ISCS business development initiatives. Coordinate efforts from various functional departments within Agility in developing new logistics solutions within Asia Pacific Region.
? Contribute to team efforts producing ISCS Solution design and innovation.
? Support Commercial Sales Channels to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing collateral in respect to ISCS core competencies.
? Establish customer specific P&L and manage revenue expectations on services sold.
? Develop an active sales pipeline engage the various sales channels within Agility Global Network.

Requirement

? Bachelor's degree in relevant Industry discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
? Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics industry, with experiences in end to end solution design/modelling and business development
? Significant sales and marketing change management experience supported by advanced conceptual and contract logistics skills
? Good market knowledge within Greater China Area and Asia Pacific region
? Knowledge and application of advanced theory of core 3PL supply chain management services.
? Open minded, flexible and able to deliver under pressure
? Able to work and communicate effectively with local, as well as international stakeholders
? Effective and excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
? Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization
? Good command of English and Putonghua
