MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Act as a technical developer of new products within our range of supply.
2.Identification of new potential products together with our sales team, and implement such products together with technical staff at Backer HTS.
3.Understanding and experience with heating product technical standards and approvals.
4.Interface to the local sales team as to overseas colleagues.
5.Person must have strong personality with a wide technical knowledge who takes ownership of projects.
6.Through careful planning is able to run-and successfully implement projects according to agreed time schedule.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Technical University degree as Mechanical -or Electrical Engineer.

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years Engineer working experience and minimum 3 years’
experience with development of white goods appliance products or heating element
industry.
Documented success from previous industrial projects.
Experience from working with relevant suppliers during development phase
and evaluate actual pricing and technical abilities.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good command CAD/Pro-e drawing skills
Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker as
well as friendly, open and looking forward to new challenges.
Capable to join an international environment
Mature, credible and comfortable dealing with all level of the organization.
Experience working within an international environment
Working experience from white goods appliance, fully understanding of
technical norms and experience from development of electrical components.
