Help the regions to achieve the AOP Sell-in, Depletion, CAAP and OP target
b) Market Complexity
China is a highly challenging and competitive market. Being such a dynamic market, in order to beat the competition, we must win the speed to market by marvelous trade execution capabilities. Scotch is by far the dominating International spirit but highly competitive therefore the key priorities determined in both Channel and Geography will play an important role in where we chose to play.
c) Leadership Responsibilities
? Internal stakeholder – individual contributor and need to work closely with Regional Sales team, Marketing team and Finance Team

Purpose of Role
To grow sales volume, brand share and profitability by developing and implementing a range of customer activities, consumer promotions, brand and retail initiatives, aligned with pan regional and regional brand and marketing strategies.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities
1. Support RSDs to prepare the Commercial Annual Planning Process
2. Coordinate the Sales team with the central marketing team on the key performance driver activities, such as mentoring, tasting programme
? Liaise with Sales Manager to collect the attendees of the activities
3. Manage activities and promotion in Regional Sales Team
? Deliver on cyclical timeline requirements to ensure activity is developed and delivered on time, in full.
? Develop the monthly activity plan for each brand at city/CDOS/contract type level
? Track and evaluate execution of plan
? Develop, manage and track execution standards of identified brand sales drivers
? Deliver activation targets and other KPI requirements
? For South and Southeast – Banquet, training, mentoring and tasting programme
? For South and Southeast – Merchandising for liquor stores
4. Pre and Post M&E analyst
5. Regional customer marketing A&P Budget management
? FTT/Trade incentives
? A&P LE template tracking
? A&P Template tracking
6. PG and agency management (Need to be reviewed)
? PG Training and management
? PG Sales Target Setting
? PG Salary calculation
7. Prepare the draft monthly BPM deck data and analysis
8. Consolidate and submit sales tracking to Marketing team
? MAF/CNY sales tracking to Marketing team
? Mentoring event sales tracking to Marketing team
? Outlet training/mentoring event schedule
9. Market visit and join-in call with Sales
10. Other add hoc tasks such as free goods application
Qualifications and Experience Required
? Have a strong career aspiration in marketing or sales
? 5+ years consumer product industry experience in marketing or sales or related functions
? Great communication skills and able to seek to understand first then to be understood
? Quick learner and have proven record to pick up a new skill in a short period of time
? Self-motivated and persistent in get things done
? Data-driven and have the ability to transfer data to information and to knowledge
? Fluent in written and spoken English

Barriers to Success in Role
? Inability to make a sound business analysis due to lack of enough data
? Limited face-to-face communications with key customers and will heavily rely on email, IM and phone call
