职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
? Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders – Desgin,sourcing, factories and internal parties to drive the development, production and shipment of product.
? Lead the development process ensuring samples are created which meet desired function, cosmetics, cost, market features and manufacturability, including checking for function, measurement, colors and workmanship adherence to standards providing options and recommendations to make improvements in the sample process.
? Analyze costing information throughout the entire development process. Ensure compliance to agreed standards and cost expectations with aggressive and professional negotiations.
? Ensure that all development samples are made in the given timeframe.
? Drive for effective problem solving and continuous improvement.
? Ensure timely resolution of production issues working collaboratively with materials, production, costing and quality team etc. in order to reach quality and deliver objectives.

Qualifications
? Understand textiles : different fabric, weaves, constructions, finishes.
? Has experience in bags and could provide input on design modification to improve either the function or gain a cost savings to the product.
? Has a critical eye to spot sample imperfections to improve overall aesthetic and quality.
? Strong project and timeline management skills
? Can prioritize and has good follow up
? Factory experience a plus
? Have technical knowledge to know how to troubleshoot problems during development and production
? Should be proactive in asking questions and raising potential problems as it relates to quality, pricing and production.
? Advanced negotiating and interpersonal skills.
? Strong communication skills.
? Fluent in English.
? College or university degree.
? 5 years above of advanced experiences in the backpack and luggage industry in a technical capacity 举报 分享
