职位描述：
The Merchandiser will take important part in efforts of exploring, initiating and developing new suppliers and products, and creating cost savings. The individual in this role will act as the technical and commercial interface between suppliers and HQ. Main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:

Job Description:
Enquiry Management
？ Source corresponding products based on given brief in required timescale;
？ Manage supplier to meet company’s standard;
？ Negotiate with supplier on commercial terms, maximize cost savings;
？ Independently work with sourcing manager and suppliers to develop product and deliver project.
Order Management
？ Follow up orders from the very beginning till the end and deal with all emergencies between company and suppliers;
？ Work closely with internal QA/QC and suppliers/forwarders to ensure product quality and delivery.
Other Tasks
？ Attend trading fairs and organize buying trips, join the trip if necessary;
？ Provide value-added service to all clients in an efficient and professional manner;
？ Other tasks assigned by sourcing manager.
Basic Attitude
？ High responsibility, self-motivated;
？ Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill;
？ Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
？ Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
？ Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
Basic Skills:
？ Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
？ Good command of written and oral English. (CET-6 is a plus)

Requirements:
？ Min. 1 year merchandiser work experience is required.
？ Work experience in Retailer/ Purchasing Office or previous works in SDA/Home Appliance Manufacturer are preferred.
？ Be able to travel within China to supplier's plants.
