职位描述：
Job duties:

- Ensure product are evaluated, tested according to mandatory requirements of USA/Europe/Australia etc.;
- Conduct full product evaluation at design, Pre-Production and PS stage with supplier and take corrective action plan in place;
- Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality;
- Set up all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification) and train/guide the QC inspectors during on-line & final inspection;
- Ensure customer compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved;
- Perform other duties as assigned by QA Manager & Management.

- 确保产品评估、测试根据强制性要求美国/欧洲/澳洲等;
- 完整的产品进行评估在设计、前期制作和PS阶段与供应商和采取纠正行动计划;
- 提供技术支持,业务员、工厂和客户,以确保产品质量;
- 设立所有相关检验标准(清单、规格)和培训/指导QC检验员在在线和最终检验;
- 确保符合客户和供应商管理和解决问题;
- 执行QA经理指派的其他工作及管理。






Requirements:

- College graduate;
- Min. 7 years experience related QA/QE working experience in toys field, especially for plush toys; (QA/QC experience in factory production process will be a plus.
- Strong technical and testing knowledge on ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN71 etc.;
- Good communication skills & good at problem solving with supplier;
- Proficiency in both reading/written English;
- Willing to travel frequently in Jiangsu/Shanghai area.

- 大学毕业生;
- 8年经验在玩具领域QA/QE相关工作经验,尤其是对毛绒玩具; (具有工厂生产过程中QA / QC经验者优先)。
- ASTM F963 -雄厚的技术和测试知识,CPSIA,EN71等;
- 良好的沟通技巧和善于与供应商解决问题;
- 读/写英文熟练;
