职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manager sourcing and procurement business plans in response to business needs with Outsourcing partners.
- Responsible for achieving material cost reduction targets and value add cost reduction targets.
- Ensure the timely negotiation of all agreements included but not limited to: Purchase Agreements (including the development of framework for productivity and quality plans), Memorandums of Understanding, confidential disclosures, consignment, Warranty, etc.
- Develop and maintain scorecards for managing Outsource supplier performance.
- Negotiate and manage scheduling agreements, driving compliance by both supplier and Zebra/EMS partners.
- Serve as the lead in all escalation/problem resolution as it relates to suppliers, pricing, lead time, allocations, product development, continuous improvement, time lines and contracts/agreement interpretation.
- Drives alignment between global supply base and organizational needs in technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery/availability and cost.
- Complete yearly budgeting plan for assigned Outsourced partners.
- Maintain listing of on-going cost reduction opportunities.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key partners, including OTS Metrics, Quality, Cost, Lean Six Sigma and NPI performance.
- Maintain sourcing and pricing attributes in ERP and other tools.
- Drives projects to completion within specified timeframes and according to sourcing requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Accounting.
- 7 years of experience in the Materials/Purchasing function.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers.
- Must have experience working with senior management, product management, development engineering, and finance.
- Strong sourcing and procurement knowledge/background to include technology, cost drivers, global suppliers, and best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal use of the English language.
- Excellent project management and negotiation skills. 举报 分享
