Coverage: China
Report to: Sales Manager, BU Additives
Responsibilities:
Business Development
1. Develop customer business plan, according to Region guidelines and target setting.
2. Implement marketing -key accounts-and techinical strategy into the local market.
Sales & Marketing Strategy Implementation
1. Agree sales target for his customers together with country Sales Manager & KAM
2. Ensure achievement of sales target for his customers within guidelines (pricing, payment, service)
3. Initiate technical projects with customer with support from technical marketing
Support to Marketing Activity
1. Identify market needs, implement market intelligence for customers and report to country Sales Manager
2. Implement customer segmentation & service level for non-KA within guideliens given by Sales & Marketing
3. Implement cost to serve to his customers
Requirements:
1. Bachelor+ in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemical related .
2. 5+ years sales & marketing experience in thermoset industry (ex: Polyurethane resins & foams, Epoxy, Phenolic, Unsaturated Polyester).
3. Experience of application (adhesives, rolling stocks, E&E, insulations) is preferred.
4. Product knowledge in flame retardants(halogen free or halogen), light stabilizers, antioxidants, antistatic preferred.
5. Gook skill of English and communication.
