职位描述：
1、负责公司质量方针、质量目标贯彻落实，改善公司质量管理工作。有制造业品质管理5年以上
2、负责公司各种质量管理制度的制定与实施，以及公司各种质量管理活动执行与推动。
熟悉质量管理体系，有电池，移动电源等行业品质管控经验。
3、组织和协调公司产品的认证工作，负责对原材料供应商的评估。
4、负责进料、在制品、成品质量标准和检验规程的制定与执行，监督指导各项质量检验工作。
5、负责处理质量异常，协助处理顾客投诉与退货调查、原因分析，并拟定改善措施。
6、负责质量管理信息的收集、传导、回复、以及质量成本的分析与控制工作。
7、负责组织不合格品的控制，制定不合格的预防和纠正措施，并予以督导执行。
8、负责检验仪器、量具、实验设备的管理工作。
9、负责监督、检查质量记录，组织分析管理数据。
10、负责检验人员的质量基础培训及检验工作要点培训工作。
11、熟悉五金结构、电子物料及品质要求。
