职位描述：
- Work with hiring managers for hiring plans.
- Identify new strategies to source talent.
- Establish networks and contacts to generate candidate flow through employee referrals, direct calling into competitor companies, group research, news groups, Internet resources and other creative approaches.
- Review resumes, screen and present appropriate candidates to hiring managers for review.
- Work together with campus recruiting team to accomplish each year's campus recruiting target.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should:
- Possess a Bachelor degree.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment.
- Working experience from high-tech industry, multinational companies or executive search firms.
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
- Sense of urgency and ownership.
- Can do attitude and capability to drive results.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and different types of personalities 举报 分享
