Key Responsibilities:
? Implement annual training plan to meet business development request
? Manage and develop internal trainers to make sure proper knowledge management internally
? Take care of orientation according to TL9000 requirements
? Design and deliver training course for specific soft skill request
? Assist manager in training project and ensure project fulfillment on time


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with at least two years Manufacturing industry training related working experience
2. Good command of Microsoft office skill, especially PowerPoint
3. Fluent English expression in both writing and speaking
