- Interacts with sister divisions, vendors, and sub-contractors on a day to day basis on all quality aspects of component supply and finish product manufacture. ？
- Monitor company functions to ensure conformance to ISO9001 procedures and company Quality and Procedures manual.
- Formulation and development of Quality procedures. Routinely raises Notices of Non-conformance (NNC) & Certificates of Conformance (CoC)
- Develop and prepare Quality, Product Test Instructions, and Quality Plans for existing and new products. Considers Product and Production Risks and actively works on plans to eliminate and minimise same.
- Analysis faults and product problems to determine root causes then systematically implements corrective actions and effectiveness evaluations.
- Prepares clear and concise reports of findings.
- Plans, surveys vendors, tests products for conformity, and maintains the necessary documentation of company RoHS, REACH and Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) compliance and reporting responsibilities.

requirements:
- min 10 years Quality experience from connector industry.
- Good english skills
- Solid communication, and interpersonal skills and have experience to lead small size team
- (c) Knowledge Required Broad quality, manufacturing and engineering experience in a number of related disciplines. Good operational understanding of business practices, effective management skills and good planning and communication ability. Strong problem solving skills. 举报 分享
