职位描述：
Job Description:
- Plan documentation for new products.
- Write up technical documentation, including datasheets, installation guides, mounting guides, etc.
- Compile comprehensive documents regarding content, text, and graphics.
- Support on training material.
- Support global sales and project management teams on documentation requirements.
- Maintenance of the product documents on shared services such as Sharepoint, on local server, and on website.
- Benchmark and review documentation quality against competitions.
- Review the product documentation processes and improve workflows.
- Support technical documentation on customized products and systems.
- Support and maintain product information automation for corporate databases, such as PIM, eCat.
 
Job Requirement:
- Technical Communication / Technical Writing.
- LED Lighting and LED technology.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of complex information.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of desktop publishing software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional Chinese and English skills, speaking and writing. Near native.
- At least 2 years' experience in manual writing or related field, preferably in lighting or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience with LED technology and product is preferable.
- Experience with global markets and customers (EU, USA, ASIA) is preferable. 举报 分享
