Mission
- Manage the Inspection Center of Shenzhen, with both random inspections & 100% inspections
- IC QC training
- Seasonal suppliers/factory performance evaluation according to Shenzhen IC inspection result
- Budget control of Shenzhen IC and QC expenses control.
Report to: China Quality Manager (located in Shanghai)
Daily work
- Establish proper and effective management process, supervise random inspections and 100% sorting out missions well daily, and ensure completion of inspection tasks scheduled daily.
- Good communication and support with/to Merchandiser team. Keep close contact with relative merchandisers
- Final validation and delegation for OK shipment judgment.
- Minimize claim rate from France, by ensuring good product quality control and IC pass rate at the same time.
- Keep active communication with forwarder: check warehouse report and notify inspection record to forwarder + relative person everyday on time;
- Oversee the records of each IC sorting out costs, allocate to relative merchandisers for their suppliers to arrange the payment accordingly
Experience
- at least 2 years on textile(garment) professional quality control, familiar with AQL and sampling plan.
- at least 5 year management experience to handle a team above 10 members
- Strong Management skills
- Good English spoken & written

- Able to work under pressure from lead time & work load
