职位描述：
TASKS:
- Plans and implements the development of new and scale-up process formulas.
- Establishes operating equipment specifications and acts as a liaison with product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible.
- Leads efforts to achieve cost effectiveness and improved product quality.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

--PFMEA, Process flow chart and work instructions documentation preparation

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Experience (not needed for a Technology position)
- CAD (AutoCAD, PRO-E), MSOffice, ERP (Tetra, QAD, Mapics, etc) systems experience (not needed for a Technology position)
- Data Driven Individual
---familiar with stamping, plating, 2nd process like etcching, polising, coating, labelling, laser etc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,/Chemistry, Masters degree preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience
