职位描述：
Arup China is seeking motivated individuals to join its Advisory Services cluster. Our clients operate in the built environment sector including developers/development arms of large conglomerates, administrative committees for new urban precincts, technology companies pursuing physical development etc. As a key member of the cluster, the candidate will develop its career as a trusted advisor of clients by supporting clients in making strategic decisions at the early stage of development projects or during the formulation of their corporate plans. A combination of breath of knowledge, capabilities in research and interview and determination to find sound solutions for loosely-defined problems will allow the candidate to excel in this career path. The position is based in the Futian District of Shenzhen.

Job responsibilities:
？- Clarifying clients’ objectives and issues to be tackled.
？- Conducting desktop research on international best practices, relevant regulations and latest trends.
？- Conducting market research with open data and through interviews.
-？ Analysing clients’ issues and formulate solutions.
？- Preparing documents (slide shows and reports) to explain the methodology, findings and recommendations in highly presentable formats.
？- Liaising with clients’ on a weekly basis.
？- Organising the knowledge base for the team.

Job Requirements:
-？ Candidate with the following professional backgrounds will be preferred: real estate/surveying, urban planning, land economy, public administration, business administration
-？ 2-8 years of experience in providing consultancy services in built-environment sectors
- Proficiency in both English and mandarin Chinese (writing and speaking)
- Interest in societal and industrial news beyond work.
- Research ability and exploratory mindset.
- Experience in data analytics (e.g. data mining, statistical analysis, data visualisation) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in living outside his/her own country is desirable but not essential.
