1.工作摘要 Job Summary
①制造/质量领域系统需求收集与分析、日常问题跟踪与处理、数据修复、业务课题系统方案预研究；
  Collect and analyze new requirement，solve or follow up daily issue ,data modification，pre-study system solution for new business topic;
②新车型导入时车辆数据初始化配置、接口需求分析与方案准备；
  Analysis requirement and prepare solution when new vehicle data initialize， interface
③协调及组织PSA解决MES系统中的问题，并负责组织PSA会议；
  Coordinate and follow up PSA to solve the issue on MES system, and responsible meeting with PSA;

2.工作职责Responsibility
   协调与跟踪PSA会议，解决和跟踪制造领域和质量领域系统的日常问题。
   Responsible for meeting with PSA, solve and follow up daily system issue on MES and quality domain;
   满足用户的适应性需求的小型开发；
   Small system modification for KBU requirement；
用户需求沟通与业务把握，完成系统解决方案；
Clarify and Analysis business requirement, complete system proposal；

- 任职资格Qualification
1.学历Education Background
  全国统招本科及以上；

2.专业技能Professional Skills
良好的java开发基础和编程习惯；
Solid foundation for java knowledge with a good develop behavior
熟练运用html/jsp/javascript/css等技术；
Good usage html / jsp / javascript / css and other technologies
精通SQL等技术。
Proficient SQL technology.

3.工作经历 Working Experience
2年以上IT开发经验或者2年以上运维经验，汽车行业为佳；
More than 2 years IT development experience or 2 + years IT maintenance experience ,auto industry experience will be better
？一年及以上项目管理经验，有较强的协调沟通能力；
  More than 1 year project management experience, power coordinate and communicate ability；

4.其他 Others
英语能力要求：精通听说读写能力，CET-6及以上（或其他同等级证书）；
   English ability : master listen, speak, read, write ability, CET-6 （or other same level ability certificate）
