职位描述：

Responsibilities:

· Review and report factories' social compliance status and drive effective improvements where needed.

· Engage with sourcing colleagues to support commercial decisions in line with Tesco's ethical trading policies.

· Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure they understand and are committed to meeting Tesco's ethical standards.

· Support implementation of factory and worker support programs.

· Conduct factory visits, CSR program, shadow audits, investigation where necessary.

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of relevant experience in an international manufacturing company or in a sourcing office or with a supplier/ 3rd party service provider

· Knowledge about ISO9000 and SA8000 certification, has Ethical trading practices

· Good English communication skills both in verbal and written

· Can work independently and under pressure

· Can travel frequently
